Where did our Summer go?

Thanks for one of Matthew Ian's friends, here is a picture of the first day of school. How weird it is to only have one child going back to school this year. Matthew Ian is starting his first year at Lone Peak High School. He has worked hard with his summer school packets and is doing great to keep himself caught up with his credits in order for him to graduate on time. Good Luck with school this year MI.

We'll miss you Baby Faith!!

The summer we moved to Cedar Hills, Matt found a beautiful white French Bulldog was on track to finish as a Champion but had some "female problems" and had to be spayed. The owners were looking place her with a forever family. We drove to Cheyenne, Wyoming to pick her up and couldn't be more excited to bring her home. We found out that she was named "Baby Faith" because she was the only surviving pup from her litter, and that her mother had also died during the birthing process.

We are so grateful to have had her as part of our family for just over 9 years now. We loved the funny, little quirky things that she did, and she always could bring a smile to our faces. It was hard to see her deteriorate so quickly, and the seizures were especially hard to watch. But, we hope she is now resting in peace without the problems her body was causing her. Wow... who knew a four legged furry being could be so meaningful in our lives, and cause such sorrow now that she is gone. We love you and will miss you Faith!

Skate Park and Ball Game!!

What a way to start the day, with a Winchell's Dozen (14) donuts - YUMMY! Today was about getting the boys to the Van's Skate Park, and later in the evening an Angels Baseball Game. A day of fun with the family!
