Mason just returned from Hawaii today, I thought I would post some pictures from his vacation. I am JEALOUS!! It looks like he had a great time!

Getting Ready for the BIG Day

Erica and I spent about 4 and a half hours running all over Provo/Orem area looking for the JUST RIGHT dress for her to wear to the Girls Pref Formal Dance. I love that she is knows what she is looking for, but sometimes it can add so much grief in shopping. She found a dress online and really wanted that one, but we were worried that it would get here in time. Even with overnight shipping promises, we opted to look local.

Finally making our way to University Mall, and after trying on a few, she finds the one that will work for her. Notice the HIGH heels.... she doesn't wear high heels.... EVER. Doesn't she look great?

Black & White Portraits

These are some of the portraits that I printed in my photography class. I wanted to capture the personalities of Mason, Erica and Matthew Ian.
For my assignment, I turned in the picture of Matthew Ian. During the critique, the class was asked to give their perception of what each portrait says about the subject. One of the comments shared about Matthew's picture, "He looks like a Rockstar!"

I guess we can start with a picture from Matthew Ian's Birthday. The baby of the family has just turned 15, and is now taller than his mother! Not Cool! Just kidding.
